Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls is one of our favorite healthy and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It's easy and quick to prepare and is loaded with lots of fresh vegetables which is a great way of including them in kids meal. If made with homemade flour, this dish is simply amazing and kids will ask for more.
Spring Rolls do take sometime to prepare but the good news is that you can prepare them in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later use. They really do make a difference, once you try them out, you won't back to the store-bought ones

In a medium bowl, mix the flour with salt and baking powder
- 2
Add oil and warm water to the flour mixture
- 3
Mix everything together, set aside

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium -high heat. You don't need to add any oil or butter
- 5
Gently rub the flour mixture on the pan with a brush to make a fine round shape
- 6
Allow to cook for only few seconds.
Must be very careful and work rapidly as they cook really fast.
Don't over cook so the wraps remains soft and able to be rolled - 7
Make the filling by frying the ingredients together to make a fine filling

Fill each wrap with the filling and roll, seal the edge with flour mixture to avoid opening

Deep fry carefully in a medium heat and Enjoy!
