    Weigh all the ingredients and set aside

    Prepare the baking tin and pre heat your oven at 180 ° c

    Cream the sugar and margarine until they are fluffy

    Add the egg one after another and mix well

    Add the flour bit by bit alternating with the orange juice and bake
