This is very good snack for breakfast, very nutritious and heavy for a day kick off.

Grate Irish potatoes and measure to 125g

Squeeze the grated Irish potatoes to remove excess water

Mix all the ingredients above before adding milk
- 4
Add milk in bits to achieve a dropping consistency
- 5
Heat pan with little butter then shallow fry the pancakes to cook both sides golden brown.

Serve with scrambled eggs
