Ingredients

  • 1Ripe & sweet pineapple (peeled and chopped with out the core)
  • 1 handfulfresh mint leaves
  • Honey/ sugar (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, pour in the pineapples and mints and blend to a smooth consistency.

  2. 2

    You can add crushed ice cubes (for immediate consumption) - otherwise chill for 30-1 hour and serve!
