Steps

Wash, season, cook and fry gizard then keep aside.

Cut plantain into cubes and fry, then keep aside.

Heat up oil and fry onions then add tomato paste and fry, add maggi, curry and a little of gizard stock and stir. Add carrot, green pepper and stir for a minute then add gizard and plantain, stir and add salt to taste. Cook for a minute and put off heat

Serve with rice or a side dish and enjoy😋😋
