Spice the turkey with salt,curry,thyme,ginger,garlic and star cubes.place in a zip lock bag and place in the fridge for at least 7hours.

Preheat oven and grill for at least 25minutes turning both sides to grill as well.parboil the rice.blend fresh tomatoes,pepper,ginger and garlic.

Blend the paste let the water reduce then fry in veg oil adding onion,salt,curry and starcubes pour in water and let it boil.as is boiling pour in the parboiled rice etir add salt and boil when is done cut green pepper and carrots in it and stir.
