Heat up the butter on low. When it's melted add the onions cook for 3 minutes

Next add the Mushrooms whole with stem or without and bring them to boil and on low heat gently so as not to burn the butter. Cook for 5 minutes

Make a well in the middle and pour the wine in let it bubble high for 2 minutes

Next add the 2 mustards bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes

Turn off the heat and add salt and pepper,let the mushroom mix cool down so as not to curdle the cream. When cool add the cream stir in then bring it back up to hot.

Serve hot, on the side with chicken dish or a pork dish will complement nicely.
