Ingredients

5 servings
  • 200 grambaby corn cut into a inch pieces
  • 2 medium size onion cut into diceshape
  • 1biglemon cut into dice shape
  • 1/2 cupspring onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 3 tbspcornflour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 12-15garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1" ginger finely chopped
  • 2 tspchilli sauce
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Kadhai and pour oil for frying heat properly

    Add refined the flour in baby corn also add 2 tbsp corn flour salt little bit water and mix it properly don't add excess water add little water so that conflu and refined flour mixer with baby corn all is properly heat than fry baby corn put one by one otherwise it stick with each other fly at medium flame frighten it become crispy it is very crispy now taking plate.

    Heat kadai and pour 2 tablespoon oil heat properly oil is heated add Ginger and fries few seconds at medium flame don't over fry add onion green chilli riot medium high flame for 1½-2 minutes. Stir time to time and capsicum and fry for a minute at medium high flame stir continuously keep claim on medium low add chilli sauce tomato sauce soya sauce sugar and mixtures add ¼ cup water salt to taste mix it

    Add water in rest corn flour mix it properly add corn flour mixture in it mixed it add fried baby corn mixed properly add vinegar spring onion mix it
