Ingredients

10-75 minutes
  • 1 kgbeef mince
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2potatoes chopped and diced
  • 2carrots chopped and diced
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupflour
  • 1/3margarine
  • 1beef stock
  • 1 tspbbq
  • 1 TSPsteak n chop spice spice
  • 1 TSPrajah mild
  • 1 TSPchicken spice
  • 2 TBStomato sauce
  • 3 TBSbrown onion
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Previously cooked pasta
  • Sliced cheese

Steps

10-75 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Drizzle olive oil in a saucepan the fry the onion then add the mince as it cook slowly the add the spices and beef cube

  3. 3

    After then stir the pot as the mince is cooking, then add the diced carrots and potatoes and cover the pan

  4. 4

    Stir again and check the pores and carrots that are soft and cooked. Once it's done it then you add the tomato sauce and let it cook and prepare the brown onion mixture and pour to make it more gravy like.

    Then take your pyrex dish the pour your cooked pasta and followed it with mince and then coking the white sauce it margarine melting the add flour and milk whisk until thick then pour it over the mince and add pasta again mince, sauce then cheese slices the sprinkle and dry herb and bake

  6. 6

    Once baked in the oven the Lasagne is done and enjoy it with family.
