Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled peas
  2. 3-4boiled potatoes
  3. 2 teaspoonginger - chilli paste
  4. as neededSalt, oil
  5. As neededButter
  6. 2 bowlsmaida
  7. SomeCoriander leaves
  8. 1 teaspoonGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida, salt, oil mix it well & make a tight dough and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Boil mutter and potato and smash it well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, ginger and chilli paste green coriander, Garam masala and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Make a small roti.

  5. 5

    Fill masala in middle seal the edges and roll like chapaties.

  6. 6

    Take a tava fry it with butter.

  7. 7

    Serve it with curd.

  8. 8

    Enjoy.
