  2. 240 gsugar
  3. 6eggs
  4. 6tsbp hot water
  5. Food colour
  6. 500 gIcing sugar
  7. 250 gButter
  8. Flavour tsbp

    In a double boiler whisk egg and sugar until well incorporated. Add flour, flavour and food colour. Add hot water and mix.

  2. 2

    Pour over brushed baking sheet using butter. Bake for 10mins. Take out and allow to cool.

  3. 3

    Cream butter and sugar. Add colour. Spread on cake sheet and cool in the refrigerator. Cut
