Steps

    Heat both oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Grate/blend all your kayan miya n add (I didn't fry) add water seasoning and allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Yana tausa add your rice in ya kusa nuna add your cabbage and your smooky fish ki rufe su karasa tare
