Measure the ings

Beat the butter & sugar till light & fluffy.

Add one egg at a time. Scrap the sides.

Add the vanilla essnce

Add the flour in batches

Add the juice. Mix well

Nnow In a baking tin, grease with margarine & sprinkle brown sugar

Arrange the pineapple rings & in between put the Raspberry

Pour the batter on the rings.

Bake@160 °c for 50-60 mins or till done

Serve with a scoop of Ice cream
