Ingredients

  • 300 gmsself raising flour
  • 200 gmscastor sugar
  • 200 gmsmargarine
  • 3Eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 tinpineapple Rings
  • Few raspberries
  • tinBrown sugar to sprinkle on the
  • 1/3 cupthe reserved pineapple juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the ings

  2. 2

    Beat the butter & sugar till light & fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add one egg at a time. Scrap the sides.

  4. 4

    Add the vanilla essnce

  5. 5

    Add the flour in batches

  6. 6

    Add the juice. Mix well

  7. 7

    Nnow In a baking tin, grease with margarine & sprinkle brown sugar

  8. 8

    Arrange the pineapple rings & in between put the Raspberry

  9. 9

    Pour the batter on the rings.

  10. 10

    Bake@160 °c for 50-60 mins or till done

    Serve with a scoop of Ice cream
