Cut potatoes and cauliflower

Boil peas, potatoes and cauliflower.

Heat oil in a pan

Add hing, rai jeera, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and stir until onion turns brown

Add tomatoes, little jaggery and stir.

Add turmeric, garam masala and coconut powder
- 7
Add the boiled mixture of peas, potato and cauliflower.

Add salt and stir
