2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 teaspoonsoy sauce
50 gpinenuts
1 teaspoonchilli flakes

Chop and peel the spouts.

Finely slice them

Add the oil, soy, chilli and pinenuts to a pan and cook on a medium heat until the nuts are brown.

Add the spouts and mix well to break them up. Fry until soft and tender (5-7 minutes)
