Steps

Boil your yam and set aside

Soak your egusi into little water

Add oil in a pot allow to get hot and add in your soaked egusi and allow to fry till it turn like scrambled egg

Add in your minch meat/cryfish and allow to simmer (you can add any meat or fish of your choice)

Add in your onion and pepper till cooked and add your seasonings
- 6
Add your ugu leaf and allow to simmer for 3mins..... And your stew is ready!
