6Potatoes (Irish)
2Eggs
3large Carrots
4 piecesGreen beans
2small Green peppers
Mayonnaise

Steps

Peel and cut potatoes,carrots, green beans and cook together with peas and eggs untill soft.

Add cold water to wash away the starch and drain in a colander, transfer into a bowl add mayonnaise,diced eggs and chopped green peppers. Serve with rice,pasta,cous cous etc
