Spice your meat with knorr, salt and complete seasoning to taste, add sliced onions, put the meat in your pressure pot with water and cook for 20minutes.

While cooking your meat, in another pot put your rice with water and boil for 10minutes after which your off your cooking gas, bring your rice down with run through the tap before putting the rice back on fire to cook. Add salt to taste and cook the rice for 20 minutes.

Once your meat is tender bring it down and in another pot put groundnut oil allow to heat up then fry the cooked meat for 10 minutes add sliced onions fry for 10 seconds then pour your blended tomatoes, pepper and onions to fry for 45minutes. Was it starts drying up add salt and knorr to taste and also add your meat stock to it.

Stir the stew and allow all to cook until completely dry. Your stew is ready to serve with your rice.

Wash and Cut your carrot and cabbage into your desired shapes. After cutting your cabbage wash again with salt before mixing it with the carrot. Add mayonnaise to it and serve alongside with your rice.
