Steps

Wash,peel n boil the potatoes. When ready mash them

Put a little oil in a saucepan when hot put in the mustard seeds, let them pop then add garlic paste.

Add curry leaves n salt n Tumeric. Finally put in the mashed potatoes n mix properly.Make into small balls

In a bowl take some gram flour,put water n make it slightly runny.put oil in a karai

Put the balls into the batter n deepfry.Till golden brown on moderate heat.

Enjoy with chutney of ur choice n hot tea or a cold drink.
