Wash and grind your soya bean. pour into a pot, add ruwan tsami or alum and cook for 2hrs or until it starts to get solid. Strain with a cloth and press to take a shape

When it is cooled, cut to your desired size. Soak in a mixture of water, salt and maggi

In a bowl, beat some eggs with salt, pepper and ginger powder.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry your awara in this order. From the maggi mix to the bowl of eggs then to the oil. Fry for 2mins on both sides and enjoy
