Ingredients

  • 1 bowlurad daal
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • 1&¼ tspajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2red chilli powder
  • 1 pinchhing/asafoetida
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1 bowlMaida / all purpose flour
  • For potato veg
  • 1/2 kgboil potatoes
  • 1 tspJeera
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 3tomato
  • as neededDry masale

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour and maida add salt ajwain hing oil pour some water make smooth dough.take it rest for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Soak daal over night in morning wash it well then grind daal lightly no made paste it

  3. 3

    Heat oil 2 tbs in pan add daal paste after 5 minutes add dry masale cook it 5 minutes at medium flame take dough you prepare fill daal in it and deep fry

  4. 4

    Potato veg heat oil add jeera ginger garlic paste tomato paste cook in 3_4 minutes add dry masale add water

  5. 5

    After 1whistle add boiled and mashed potatoes vook it fr 5 minutes at medium flame

  6. 6

    Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves

  7. 7

    Daal kachori and potato veg is ready to serve and eat
