Ingredients

  • Ugwu leaf and water leaf
  • Beef
  • Pomo
  • Fresh tomatoes and pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Seasoning and spices
  • Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all vegetables thoroughly and set aside. Cook meat and pomo till soft.

  2. 2

    Fry tomatoes and pepper with palm oil,add crayfish, seasoning and other spices and cover to steam.

  3. 3

    Add washed vegetables allow to steam for some minutes

  4. 4

    Cook rice with salt and your dish is ready.
