Ingredients

  • 250 gramswanjana
  • 2potato
  • 2tomato
  • 2onion
  • 50 grampeas
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp masala
  • 1/4turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil swanjana for 20 mins

  2. 2

    Add 1 large teaspoon ghee in a pan

  3. 3

    Then add chopped onion tomato and potato and all the masalas and stir

  4. 4

    After that add swanjana and cook it for 10 min till it leaves ghee.

  5. 5

    And aalu swanjana is ready to eat
