Shakshuka is a North African dish that is now made throughout the middle east.it is especially popular in Isarel, where it is often eaten for breakfast. In Israel shakshuka is synonymous with breakfast.

Heat oil in a non stick pan

Add chopped onion and fry till onion becomes translucent,next add crushed garlic and salt

Now add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mins

Next add chilli powder, turmeric, sugar, cumin powder,paprika powder few chopped coriander leaves

Fry for 2 minutes, now make four section in masala and add eggs in each section and sprinkle pepper powder, oregano and chopped coriander leaves

Now cover and cook for 10 mins or till eggs are well cooked

Once done switch off the flame

Now cut pieces and serve
