Steps

Chop stem of broccoli and separate it's florets.

Chop almonds and roast in little ghee till crisp.

Mix cornstarch in milk.

In a pan heat butter. Add garlic cloves, chopped onion, chopped green chilli and saute for sometimes.

Add chopped stem and florets of broccoli. Saute for sometimes.

Add enough water and salt.

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until broccoli softens.

Let it cool down. Then blend well with blender.

Transfer to a same pan and keep on flame.

Add milk and cornstarch mixture.

Add black pepper powder and roasted almonds.

Stir continuously and cook for 4-5 minutes or till get desired consistency.

Delicious broccoli almond soup is ready to serve.
