  • 2eggs
  • 1sausage
  • Green onions
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry sausage until cooked

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and add salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Pour eggs on pan, sprinkle green onions and lay the sausages ontop

  4. 4

    Fry the first side until cooked carefully flip the omelette and cook second side

  5. 5

    Garnish with green onions before serving
