Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsTamarind
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 Tablespooncloves
  4. 6oranges
  5. 3Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Tamarind

    Wash ginger and pound in mortar

    Pour Tamarind and cloves in a pot with the ginger and put on fire for 10 mins to boil

    Sieve,add more water if it’s too thick

    Allow to cool, and add sugar and orange juice

    Serve cold.
