Steps

Take a bowl, add suji, gram flour, rice flour, curd, salt, water, ginger and chilli paste, crushed black pepper. Water as required. Mix well. And keep it for 5min.

Add oil, mix well. If needed add some more water to set consistency.

Other side heat steamer for steaming it.

Add soda into batter and mix well. Add into greased thali, season with black pepper powder. Steam for 8-10 min on medium flame.

Serve hot.
