300 gmbaby Potatoes boiled
2tomatoes chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1 handfulwhole garam masalas
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add ginger paste and saute well
3

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

Now add the tomatoes chopped and saute well till it is soft
