Boil flower florets in milk and water.add salt and turmeric powder.

Marination:-Take a flower florets in a big bowl add olive oil curd besan red chilli powder Chaat masala black salt fennel seeds powder kasuri methi salt dry cumin coriander powder ginger chilli garlic paste garam masala.mix well and marinate for,2-3 hrs.

Now put sizzling Tray on mid flame. Take a butter for sizzle and add marination mixture. Sprinkle water and oil mixture sizzle.

Yummy delicious sizzling flower Butta is ready to serve. Serve with hot chilli sauce.Garnish with green garlic.
