Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 1 sachetMaggi masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • For seasoningBlack pepper
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 1Chopped onion
  • SomeCauliflower florets
  • 2Potatoes
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pressure cooker and crackle jeera in it and add all vegetables in it.

  2. 2

    Cook it for 3-4 mins then add all spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add washed rice and water and close the lid.

  4. 4

    Cook it till 1 whistle.Serve hot.
