Parboil the beans, drain out the water. Add to boiling water to cook.

Add groundnut oil in a pot, add chopped onions, tomatoes, pepper, ginger, garlic, fish, crayfish, cube, salt. Fry thoroughly.

Add the sauce to the well cooked and soft beans. Mix well. Add the washed and sliced Ugwu leaf and stir well

Serve with custard or eat alone.
