Ingredients

  • 2 cupsdehradun basmati rice
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1/4 cupcashew-raisins
  • 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper garam masala

  2. 2

    Add peas and cashew raisins and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add rice and saute well

  4. 4

    Add ghee,salt and sugar mix well

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer till the rice is cooked and serve.
