Sprouts Katori Chaat

Firstly take a bowl add all flour, semolina, salt, oil and water and knead a dough.

Pinch a ball sized dough and roll slightly thick. And prick the flattened dough with fork

Place a small katori and wrap the dough now bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes..When it turn golden and crispy separate from the dough

Now take a bowl add chickpeas, moong sprouts, onion, potato, tomato, cucumber, curd, both chutney and salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mix nicely.

Now assemble katori in a plate add put sprouts mixture. And garnish with both chutney, pinch salt, chaat masala, naylon sev, and pomegranate seeds. Corrainder leaves.. now serve healthy katori chaat immediately.
