  • 500 gFlour
  • Sugar -1tablespoon
  • Salt-1tablespoon
  • Oil-2tablespoons
  • 250-275 mlsWarm water
  • 1 tablespoonCinnamon
  • 1 bunchcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients,washing and chop your coriander finely and add in the bowl add your oil and make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Let it rest for about 30 minutes covered

  3. 3

    Prepare your pan and make your chapatis as usual

How come my chapatis cook very soft then after sometime they become crunchy? What can I do about it
