1 kgchicken
300 gmonion
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 cuptomato chopped
1/2 cupcurd
1 tsp garam masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee

Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, oil, salt,turmeric powder
2

Heat oil add onion paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
4

Add red chilli Powder and mix well
5

Add chicken pieces and saute well adding red chilli Powder and tomatoes
6

Add curd and mix well and keep the heat low till it is soft
7

Finally add ghee garam masala powder and serve
