  2. 1 tspginger garlic crushed
  3. 1 tspchilli flakes
  4. 1 tspthyme
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspbread crumbs
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. As requiredSalt
  10. 2 tspbalsamic vinegar
  11. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  12. For fryingOil
  13. 1 tspcaraway
  14. 2 tspChaat masala

Steps

10 mimiutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl.clean the fish.let it dry.

  2. 2

    Add all spices,oil in it.marinate it on the fish.

  3. 3

    Keep it for 2 hours in the fridge.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan,put oil in it.let it hot.

  5. 5

    Add marinated fish in it.roast it till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Take it out from the pan.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle some chat Masala in it.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with onion rings and green chutney.
