Cauliflower paratha

Take maida+ wheat flour and in add salt, baking soda, oil, water make A dough & keep aside.

Crush the cauliflower.

Steam the cauliflower on the strainer.

Add all ingredients in the steamed cauliflower.

And make a masala for stuffing.

For dryness we add coconut powder in the masala.

Then make two chappati.

Fill the masala in between & pack it with other chappati.

Fry it with butter.

Serve it with curd.
