Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1potato
  • 1/4pumpkin chopped
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chilli

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add spinach chopped and saute well

  4. 4

    Cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar mix well and serve.
