  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 tbsppeanut butter
  • 5-6almonds
  • 3 tbspyogurt
  • 2 tbspoats
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tbsphoney

    Peel & chop banana & add it to a blender jar.

    Then add spinach & all other ingredients one by one into the jar.

    Blend the whole thing for 2-3 minutes or until you get a smooth texture.

    Transfer it to a bowl & garnish. You can add fruits of your choice.
