Marinade the meat with shawarma spice and bell peppers overnight. You can use minced meat instead.

Sift in together the flour and all other ingredients in a large bowl, add the warm water and form a soft dough. Rub oil on the dough and cover it with a tea towel until it has doubled its size.

After the dough has raised punch the air down and knead again.

Form a small balls with dough and roll each dough in to circles. And add the fillings add the center.

Egg wash the edges to prevent it from opening while baking, and use another dough to cover the one with the filling. Egg wash the gurasa and sprinkle some colored peppers and parsley and bake in a preheated oven till golden brown
