I always use slow cooker liners in my crockpot! Easy clean up!!

Place roast in crock pot, and top with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.

When finished, place over noodles, mashed potatoes, or make a sandwich!

Made this a while back, cut butter to half stick. Dear Lord, this stuff is a show stopper. Did mine in the oven at 275 for 3 hours or so until roast was tender. Thanks for sharing!
