  • 3-5 poundchuck roast
  • 1 packetranch dressing mix (powder)
  • 1 packetdried onion soup mix
  • 8-10pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 c.pepperoncini pepper juice
  • 1/2 stickbutter (1/4 cup)

    I always use slow cooker liners in my crockpot! Easy clean up!!

  2. 2

    Place roast in crock pot, and top with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.

    When finished, place over noodles, mashed potatoes, or make a sandwich!

Made this a while back, cut butter to half stick. Dear Lord, this stuff is a show stopper. Did mine in the oven at 275 for 3 hours or so until roast was tender. Thanks for sharing!
