Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsparval
  2. 1 cuptomatoes puree
  3. 3 tablespoonsoil
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard and cumin
  5. 1/4 teaspoonasafoetida
  6. For stuffing ingredient -
  7. 1 cupPeanut powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoonSalt
  11. 1 teaspoongaram Marsala
  12. 1 tablespoonscumin Coriander powder
  13. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  14. 2 tablespoonschopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all stuffing ingredants and add 1 tablespoons oil

  2. 2

    Wash the parval and remove the skin

  3. 3

    Give straight cut and stuff the Marsala

  4. 4

    In a pressure cooker add oil, heat it and add mustard, asafetida, and stuff parval, then add tomato pury, and rest of stuff masala mix well, cook for five minutes then add half cup of water and make 3 whistle, then cool it and serve it in serving plate and sprinkle chopped coriander.
