In a mixing bowl add all stuffing ingredants and add 1 tablespoons oil

Wash the parval and remove the skin

Give straight cut and stuff the Marsala

In a pressure cooker add oil, heat it and add mustard, asafetida, and stuff parval, then add tomato pury, and rest of stuff masala mix well, cook for five minutes then add half cup of water and make 3 whistle, then cool it and serve it in serving plate and sprinkle chopped coriander.
