For potato stuffing add all the ingredients and mix well.

Soak poha and suji in curd for 10-15mins.

After 15mins, add masalas and with the help of little water, prepare a dough.

Take a small portion of dough, make a hole in center and put some stuffing in it and cover the cutlet again.

Heat appe pan, grease it and put the cutlets in it. Cover and Cook the cutlets from all sides.

Serve hot with ketchup.
