Mashed Irish Potato with Egg, Cheese and butter

Boil the two eggs, soak in cold water, peel and keep aside.

Peel the Irish potatoes, wash, slice and add to the boiling water to cook. Add salt.

Mash the cooked eggs, add the boiled Irish potatoes. Mash them together

Add the melted butter and cheese and mix properly together.
- 5
Serve the sweet mashed dish with fish tomatoes sauce.
