Bread dahi vada
Steps

Firstly remove the sides of bread. Now take a bowl add mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves mix well and make a ball.

Soak bread in water and squeeze it. now place the potatoes ball in middle of the bread and roll it like a vada.

Now take a pan heat oil and shallow fry bread balls.

Whisk the curd with salt and sugar. Now place vada in a plate and pour curd and both chutneys.

Now sprinkle black pepper, black salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder.

Now garnish with naylon sev and pomegranate seeds and serve it.
