Steps

Dissolve yeast in warm water mixed with sugar and salt.
Once frothed up make a dough with maida and apply oil and keep aside for an hour to double. - 2
Mix 3 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Punch the air out of the dough.
Roll into a long rectangle of 1/2" thickness. - 4
For garlic paste

Heat butter in a small pan, add grated garlic and oregano powder. Add a pinch of salt as butter will already have salt. Add lots of Coriander leaves. Mix well and keep aside

Apply the garlic paste and start rolling the dough into a cylinder.

Cut it into small logs. Place these logs in a greased tray with the cut portion on top.

Apply milk and leave to rise again for 20 mins. Sprinkle til and bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees
