First of all take a bowl add gram and normal flour...put into oil,eno, salt and water as required..make a semi soft dough..rest for 1 hour

Make a ball..Stuffed with potato bhurji.. place in preheat oven..for 10 to 20 minutes at 200 degree

For potato bhurji heat a pan...add oil then add jeera, hing,coriander powder, leaves,huldi,salt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes
